Frank has been diving since he was a teenager (that was a while ago!). He enjoys diving in places where he doesn’t need a wetsuit! St Lucia is his favorite, followed closely by Hawaii and the Cayman Islands. He enjoys teaching scuba and is also a service technician at One Ocean Scuba.
