Since 1996 Cindy has been teaching scuba and leading divers on life-changing trips around the world.  She issues all levels of certification – but really enjoys seeing new students take their first breaths underwater as they start off on their own dive journey. Her favorite place to dive is – literally anywhere! Kelp forests in California, with seals in Maine, hammerheads in Galapagos, turtles in St Lucia, under the ice in Pennsylvania, or for debris in the Susquehanna River – you’ll often hear her say you can learn something or see something new on every dive you do if you’re paying attention.
